昆明山海棠根的松香烷型二萜化合物

摘要: 从昆明山海棠(Tripterygium hypoglaucum)根中分离得到了3个松香烷型二萜化合物,并且经光谱分析确定了它们的化学结构:I为-新二萜化合物,命名为山海棠酸(hypoglic acid)[11-hydroxy-14-methoxy-18(4→3)abeo-abietan-3,8,11,13—tetraen—18—oic acid],II为雷酚萜甲醚(triptonoterpene methyl ether),III为雷酚萜醇(triptonoterpenol)。I和II是首次从昆明山海棠中得到。

Abstract: A new abietane type diterpene compound, hypoglic acid (I ), and two known compounds, triptonoterpene methyl ether (II) and triptonoterpenol (III), were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the alcohol extract of root of Tripterygium hypoglaucum (Levl.) Levl. et Hutch, by means of column chromatography. Their structures were established on the basis of spectral methods.
