摘要：

本文报道云南蕨类植物22个新种和1个新变种，Osmundastrum，Cyclosorus和phmatopteris 3属的3个新组合，Athyriopsis和Polypodiodes 2属的2个改级新组合，中国或云南蕨类植物14个新分布种。

Abstract:

In this paper, the diagnoses of 22 new species and 1 new variety of pteridophytes from Yunnan, 3 new combinations of the genera Osmundastrum Presl. Cyclosorus Link and Phymatopteris Pichi-Serm. , 2 new statuses of the genera Athyriopsis Ching and Polypodiodes Ching are presented, and 14 species of pteridophytes new to China or Yunnan are reported.
