大叶臭椒的化学成分并论花椒属植物的化学分类

摘要: 从芸香科花椒属植物大叶臭椒(Zanthoxyllum myriacanthum Wall.ex Hook.f·)的茎皮中分离到12个化学成分,其中10个分别鉴定为1-细辛素(1-asarinin)、fargesin、1-syringaresinol、γ-山椒素(γ-sansholol)、 羟基γ-山椒素(hydroxy Y-anshool)、alatamide、dihydroalatamide、tembamide、两面针碱(nitidine)和isoarnottianamide。后者系首次从本属植物中分离得到。通过对在花椒属及其近缘类群化学成分的比较,结合生源途径,讨论了系统演化的一些问题。认为花椒属是芸香科的一个原始类群,支持广义的花椒属应包括花椒亚属Subgen.Zanthoxyllum和岩椒亚属Subgn.Fagara并认为前者较后者更显原始特性。

Abstract: From the bark of Zanihoxyllum myriac ant hum Wall. ex Hook. f. ten compounds were isolated, which were identified as 1-asarinin (1), fargesin ( 2 ), 1 -syringaresinol ( 3 ), γ -sanshool ( 4 ), hydroxyl γ -sanshool ( 5 ), alatamide (6), dihydroalatamide (7), tembamide (8), nitidine ( 9 )and isoarnot-tianamide (10) by means of spectroscopic and chemical methods. On the other hand, the chemotaxonomy of Zanthoxyllum with its related taxa also were discussed. Zanthoxyllum (includes subgen. Zanthoxyllum and subgen. Fagara) as a primi-tive genus of Rutaceae and which to be related with some primitive Angiosperms in phylogenetic history have got the supports from the chemical evidence.
