天麻发育过程中多糖的变化及分布

摘要: 天麻发育有过程中多糖颗粒的数量随球茎的发育而增加,其体积随细胞的增长而增大,至开花结实期其数量极大地下降.花序芽形成时细胞内多糖的积累达最高峰,与花序芽形成前及开花结实期比较有极其显著的差异性(P<0.001)。因此,花序芽形成时是采收商品天麻最合适时期。多糖颗粒在生长代谢能力较低的薄壁细胞内大量积累,但在生长代谢旺盛的顶端分生组织;辅导组织及染菌的细胞内缺少。

Abstract: In the deveLopment process of the Gastrodia elata, that the quantity of polysaccharide particles are increases along with the growth of corm and its volume are increase along with the growth of cells, up to the blossom and bear fruit, the quantity of polysaccharide particles are greatly declinesi The polysaccharide accumlate of the cells will be come to the highest eak, when the formation of inflorescence bud of Gastrodia elata and that has more marked distinction then before formation of inflorescence bud and after blossom (P <0.001). Thus, during the formation of inflorescence bud is the suitablest commodity Gastrodia elata harvest.
