油瓜种壳和果皮结构的初步研究

摘要: 油瓜(Hodgsonia macrocarpa Cogn.)种子由于含油量高,油品质好,结果期早,生长周期快,在国民经济中具有一定的意义。油瓜种子具有木质坚硬而厚的外壳,这与其他葫芦科植物的种子是不同的。油瓜种子虽富含油脂,但是坚硬的种壳却给加工带来很大的困难,因此,如何使种壳变薄以利于加工的研究,显得非常重要。要进行这项工作,首先得了解油瓜硬种壳的起源、结构及发育规律,以便在生产上制定相应的农业措施。同时也可为葫芦科植物种子的硬种壳的起源和发育,提供一些说明。

Abstract: The fruit of Hodgsonia macrocarpa Cogn. is formed by the development of the ovule of its inferior ovary, in addition of the differentiated cells of the outer part of its floral tube. It constitutes of the epicarp, mesocarp and slimy endocarp with six compositc-seeds. Its ovary normally consists of 12 anatro-pous ovules on the parietal placentas.
