Abstract: From the stem barks of Winchia calophylla A.DC.,four iridoid glycosides were isolated.Their structures were elucidated as loganin,7Oformyl loganin,6′Oformyl loganin and 7,6′Odiformyl loganin by means of spectroscopic methods.Three loganin derivatives were new compounds.

摘要: 对血竭(Dragon's Blood)的应用历史和传播途径进行考证,统计世界各地产的血竭分别来源于4科4属约20余种植物。证明龙舌兰科龙血树属索科特拉龙血树(Dracaena cinnabari Balf.f.),龙血树(Ddraco L.)为血竭最早的基原植物。豆科植物Pterocarpus draco,棕榈科麒麟竭(Daemonorops draco Bl.),以及来源于大戟科巴豆属(Croton)的多种植物作为血竭的代用品在部分地区使用。以上各种血竭由于来源不同,化学成分有显著的差异。云南南部发现剑叶龙血树[Dcochinchinensis (Lour.) S.C.Chen] 与血竭最早的基原为同科同属植物,二者产生的树脂化学组成相近。由剑叶龙血树树脂开发的国产龙血竭已成为我国医药市场血竭的主流品种。剑叶龙血树资源的有效保护与持续利用已成为迫切的问题。
