Abstract: A new compound, named magnoquinone(1), was isolated from the bark of Magnolia rostrata, together with seven known neolignans, magnolol ( 2 ) , honokiol( 3 ) , 4-o-methylhonokiol ( 4 ), 3-o-methylmagnolol(5), magnaldehyde B(6), magnolignan A(7)and magnolignan C(8). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. This research offered chemical components supports that Magnolia rostratacan can be as a substitute for M. officinalis, a traditional Chinaese medicine.

摘要: 从长缘厚朴(Magnolia rostrata W.W. Smith)树皮中分离得到1个新化合物——联烯丙基苯对苯醌类物质,命名为木兰醌magnoquinone (1),以及7个已知新木脂素类化合物,厚朴酚magnolol (2),和厚朴酚honokiol (3),4-o-methylhonokiol (4),3-o-methylmagnolol (5),magnoldehyde B (6),magnolignan A (7)和magnolignan C (8)。研究表明,长缘厚朴可作为中药厚朴(Magnolia officinalis)的代用品。
