图1. 自交对种群遗传结构的影响。种群分化系数(Fst)是根据公式$\frac{1}{F_{st}}=1+4N_{e}(1-\frac{1}{2}\alpha)(m_{s}+\frac{1-\alpha}{2}m_{p})$计算出来的, 所用参数为种子迁移率ms = 0.02, 有效种群大小Ne = 50, 花粉迁移率mp分别为0.001、0.01和0.05。
