基于中国东北样带2001年考察采集土样的实测数据及CO2浓度升高和干旱胁迫的模拟试验资料，分析了土壤活性有机碳的分布特征及其对气候变化的响应。结果表明，样带土壤活性有机碳与土壤有机碳之间呈极显著正相关关系（相关系数Ｒ=0.993,p<0.001）。表层土壤活性有机碳平均为(3.5
