摘要: 采用何种方法进行种群分布格局的分析研究一直是一个争论性问题。本文通过各种方法在沙地云杉种群分布格局研究中的比较分析,得出如下结论:方差/均值比率法运用统计方法确定T值的显著性,数学推导严密,运算简单,是较为优越的方法。聚集指数的分析结果有时会出现一些偏差,甚至会得出互相矛盾的结论,需要多种指数互相验证,且没有进行统计检验,在指数值接近临界值时难以判断,应慎重使用。

Abstract: Following conclusions were obtained from comparison of various methods used in spruce population spatial distribution pattern on sandy sites. T-value is used to be employed to test statistically for the significance of the difference (i. e. Variance/Mean Method). Its mathematical inference is rigorous and calculation process is simple. In contrast, the results of aggregative indexes might produce deviation sometimes and need test by several indexes. Furthermore, their results are lack of efficient test on statistics When indexes are close to critical value, their results were difficult to determine. Therefore, the Variance/Mean Method is better than the method with aggregative index.
