神农架南坡米心水青冈 + 粉白杜鹃林物种组成与群落结构

Species composition and community structure of Fagus engleriana Seem. + Rhododendron hypoglaucum Hemsl. forest on the southern slopes of Shennongjia

摘要: 神农架常绿与落叶阔叶混交林是全球同纬度保存最为完好的地带性森林,对其物种组成与群落结构进行研究可为该类型森林的保护管理与可持续经营提供科学支持。该文基于神农架南坡常绿与落叶阔叶混交林1 hm2样地的调查数据,分析了该群落的区系特征、物种组成、垂直结构、径级结构和空间分布格局。结果显示:样地内共有DBH ≥ 1 cm的木本植物个体5550个,隶属于44科73属110种。在科的水平上,热带区系成分占比47.73%,温带区系成分占比43.18%;在属的水平上,温带区系成分占比69.86%,热带区系成分占比24.66%。胸高断面积及重要值分别为常绿树种11.63 m2(24.46%)、39.93%,落叶树种35.91 m2(75.54%)、60.07%,重要值最大的两个物种为米心水青冈(Fagus engleriana)和粉白杜鹃(Rhododendron hypoglaucum),二者为群落的共建种。群落垂直结构明显,乔木层郁闭度为0.86,第一亚层高度 ≥ 15 m,其优势种为米心水青冈和枹栎(Quercus serrata),第二亚层高度为5~15 m,其优势种为米心水青冈和粉白杜鹃;灌木层的平均高度为1.8 m,平均盖度为49.4%,其优势种为阔叶箬竹(Indocalamus latifolius)和龙头箭竹(Fargesia dracocephala); 草本层的平均高度为0.2 m,平均盖度为11.6%,其优势种为亚柄薹草(Carex lanceolata var. subpediformis)和木鱼坪淫羊藿(Epimedium franchetii)。群落整体、米心水青冈和曼青冈(Quercus oxyodon)的径级结构均呈现倒“J”型,粉白杜鹃的径级结构为正态型,枹栎、川陕鹅耳枥(Carpinus fargesiana)的径级结构为波动型。优势种粉白杜鹃和曼青冈的空间格局在整个尺度上都是聚集分布,米心水青冈、枹栎和川陕鹅耳枥在不同尺度上表现出聚集分布,表现出不同的生境偏好性。研究表明,该群落属于米心水青冈 + 粉白杜鹃群系,是神农架地区的一种代表性常绿与落叶阔叶混交林,具有良好的更新能力,处于干扰后的稳定恢复期。

Abstract: Mixed evergreen and deciduous broadleaf forest in Shennongjia is the most well-preserved zonal forest in the world at the same latitude. The study of its species composition and community structure can provide scientific support for the protection management and sustainable management of this type of forest. This study surveys the floristic characteristics, species composition, diameter class structure and spatial distribution of dominant species within mixed evergreen and deciduous broadleaf forest of Shennongjia. The results showed that there were 5550 individuals of woody plants with DBH ≥ 1 cm, belonging to 110 species, 73 genera and 44 families. At the level of family, the floristic composition was primarily represented by both tropical (47.73%) and temperate (43.18%) elements. At the level of genera, the floristic composition was primarily represented by both tropical (24.66%) and temperate (69.86%) elements. The basal area and importance value of evergreen tree species were 11.63 m2 (24.46%) and 39.93%, respectively. The basal area and importance value of deciduous tree species were 35.91 m2 (75.54%) and 60.07%, respectively. The two species with the largest important values were Fagus engleriana and Rhododendron hypoglaucum, which were the co-constructive species of the community. The canopy density of the tree layer was 0.86, the height of the first sub-layer was ≥ 15 m, and the dominant species were Fagus engleriana and Quercus serrata. The height of the second sub-layer was 5~15 m, and the dominant species were Fagus engleriana and Rhododendron hypoglaucum. The average height of shrub layer was 1.8 m, the average coverage was 49.4 %, and the dominant species were Indocalamus latifolius and Fargesia dracocephala. The average height of the herb layer was 0.2 m, the average coverage was 11.6 %, and the dominant species were Carex lanceolata var. subpediformis and Epimedium franchetii. The size class structure of the whole community, Fagus engleriana and Quercus oxyodon showed a reverse "J" shape, the size class structure of Rhododendron hypoglaucum was normal distribution shape, and the size class structure of Quercus serrata and Carpinus fargesiana was waved shape. Rhododendron hypoglaucum and Quercus oxyodon were aggregated distribution on the whole scale, Fagus engleriana, Quercus serrata and Carpinus fargesiana showed aggregated distribution on different scales, and different species showed different habitat preferences. In conclusion, the community belongs to Fagus engleriana Seem. + Rhododendron hypoglaucum Hemsl. community, which is a representative mixed evergreen and deciduous broadleaf forest in Shennongjia area. It has good regeneration ability and is in a stable recovery period after disturbance.
